Rita Barnard's Obituary
Rita Barnard age 91 passed away Monday, May 19, 2014 in Leesburg, Florida. She was born in Drummondville, Quebec Canada and moved to the Leesburg area in 1987 from Reading, Massachusetts. She was a homemaker, wife and mother. She was a member of the Synagogue Beth Shalom in Leesburg, Florida. Survivors include her loving husband of 67 years Harry, daughters Suzanne (John) Kelly of Leesburg; and Doreen (Kevin) Dougherty of Eagle River, Alaska; a sister Freda Segal of California; 5 grandchildren - Jill, Marc, Kate, Holly, and Megan; and 2 great-grandchildren Joseph and Alexis.
Graveside services are planned for 3:00 PM Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg with Rabbi Karen Allen serving as Officiant.
