Salvatore Vittozzi's Obituary
Salvatore Vittozzi, 88, of Lady Lake, Florida passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018. He was born on June 11, 1929 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Rose and Pasqual Vittozzi. Sal worked as an electroplater. In 1993 he moved to the Lady Lake area with his wife of 60 years, Ellen who preceded him in death in 2011. He enjoyed bowling, gardening, playing golf and riding his motorcycle. Sal had an incredible sense of humor and will be missed.
He is survived by his children Phillip (Lois) Newton, Salvatore (Catherine) Vittozzi, James (Nancy) Vittozzi; daughters Ellen (Pat) Boyle, Roseann (Kenny) Auld, Trudy (Ed) Elder, Nancy (Steve) Brana and Tori (Johnny) Gagliano; 26 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his son Patrick and grandson Patrick Boyle, Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 11 am, located at Page-Theus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 914 W. Main Street, Leesburg, FL 34748. The family will receive friends for an hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
