Rosemary F. Pantina, 96, of The Villages passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2014. Mrs. Pantina was born March 1, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY to Anthony and Philomina (Cortese) DeNoyior. She moved to The Villages in 2007 from New Hyde Park, NY and is a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was a homemaker, a seamstress and an artist.
Survivors include her son, John Pantina (Jo-Ana) of Howard Beach, NY; daughter, Carolyn Carrella (Harry) of The Villages; 2 sister, Mabel and Margaret; 2 grandsons, Jon and Craig and a great-granddaughter, Amanda.
Visitation for Mrs. Pantina will be held 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM, Thursday, March 20, 2014 in the Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Home. Awake service will be held 3:30PM during the afternoon visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00AM, Monday, March 24, 2014 in the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Wildwood.
