Lonnie E Haywood's Obituary
Lonnie E. Haywood, 81, of Summerfield passed away Monday, March 16, 2015. Mr.
Haywood was born December 11, 1933 to Lonnie and Gracie “Lytle” Haywood. He was a
retired chauffeur for Henry Ford, II. He moved here in 2000 from Potomac, MD. He was a
member of Temple Shalom in Oxford; Masonic Lodge in MD, Scottish Rite in DC, the
Shrine in VA, the Shrine Club of The Villages and the Jewish War Veterans of The
Villages. He enjoyed painting and loved cars. He was a very loving husband, father and
grandfather and is survived by his wife of 55 years, Marlene; sons, Allen and Steven
Haywood; daughter, Michelle Haywood; granddaughter, Sophia Haywood; sister-in-laws,
Sheila Soldan and Deanna Stelzer and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will
be held 10:00am, Thursday, March 19, 2015, in Temple Shalom, Oxford, with interment
following the service in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Leesburg
