Kenneth F. Waller's Obituary
Kenneth F. Waller, 85, Lady Lake, Florida passed away on August 22, 2016 at his
residence under the loving care of his family and staff of Cornerstone Hospice. Mr. Waller
was born on August 2, 1931 in Pilot Grove, Missouri to his parents Albert Franklin Waller
and Norma Elizabeth (Irwin) Waller. Mr. Waller was a retired Engineer for the Ames
Consulting Company and had been the former owner of Caton & Waller and Associates.
He and his loving wife Sue moved to Lady Lake, in 2005 from Annapolis, Maryland. He
was a member of Fairway Christian Church in Lady Lake and was a proud veteran of the
U.S. Army serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars
Post # 8083, American Legion Post # 347 and The Fishing Club of The Villages. He loved
fishing, golfing and playing shuffleboard. He liked to work on antique cars and had rebuilt
a Ford Model “T” and was a member of the The Model “T” Club. He is survived by his
loving wife of 60 years: Sue Waller of The Villages, FL; two daughters: Rhonda Waller of
Fayetville, N.C. and Linda Hayden of Utica, KY; a brother: Buddy Waller; three sisters:
Betty Lee Yhon, Bonnie Wegman and Jannie Waller; four grandchildren: Tiffany Heald,
Jennifer Roberts, Caitlin Hersey and Austin Jakab; five great-grandchildren: Mason,
Carmen, Colt, Owen and Annabelle and many loving nieces and nephews. A Visitation will
be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at Banks, Page-Theus
Funeral Home, Wildwood, FL. with a Graveside Funeral Service with Military Honors on
Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 12:00PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery,
Leesburg, FL. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the
Disabled American Veterans in Kenneth’s loving memory.
