Judith Ann Shook's Obituary
Judith ‘Judy’ Ann Shook passed away after a long battle with cancer on Saturday, March 29, 2014. She was born on March 20, 1940 in Toledo, OH, to the late Francis and Betty Givens. She spent a great deal of her life in the Sylvania, OH area and did work for some years as a marketing representative for an insurance company. In 2002 she moved to the Leesburg area and has lived in Hawthorne with her loving husband of 53 years, Terry Shook. Judy was very active in the Order of the Eastern Star, Lake County Shrine Auxiliary, Daughters of the Nile, VISA at Hawthorne, the Red Hat Society and the Hawthorne Boat Club. She is survived by her husband, Terry, two daughters: Kimberley (Pete) Snide of Anderson, SC, and Kelli Shook of Sylvania, OH. She is also survived by two grandchildren; Madison and Nolan and one brother; Bill Givens of Bradenton, FL. There will be a memorial serviced for Mrs. Shook on Thursday, Apr. 3rd at 1:00 p.m. in the Lake County Shrine Club.
