Jacquelyn A. Avery's Obituary
Jackie A. Avery age 60 passed away Friday, January 02, 2015 at the Cornerstone Hospice House, Tavares, Florida after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Tell City, Indiana and moved to the Leesburg area in 1998 from Richland, Indiana. Her lifelong career was spent as a Homemaker and she savored being a wife, mom, and “Nana” to her family. She is remembered by her family for her positive outlook even in times of despair, and her quirky sense of humor. She was an avid collector of anything or article of clothing with a “Smiley Face”. She loved music and loved to dance and laugh with friends and family. Those closest to her use words like Loving, Selfless, and Strong Willed to describe her personality, but her devotion to her family describes her best.
She is survived by her mother- Lois Glenn of Leesburg; Children – Brian (Julie) Schoening of Poseyville, IN;, Amy (Lucky) Teate of Leesburg; and Tonya (Brad) Hinton of Owensboro, KY; brothers – Steven (Sue) Glenn of Richland, IN; and Paul (Annette) Glenn of Grand Island; and 11 grandchildren – Brittney; Stephanie; Tamara; Brian; Cheyenne; Aiyana; Mark; Rayce; Maddox Felecia Jackson and Billy.
