David William Underwood's Obituary
David W. Underwood age 69 of Leesburg, Florida Passed away June 27, 2016 at a local hospice house. David was born in Danville, Ind. to the late William N. and Causby A. Bartley Underwood. He was a graduate of Purdue University, and retired in 2007 as a project engineer for the Rolls-Royce Co. in Indianapolis, Ind. after 36 years of service. He is survived by his wife Beverly Ann Underwood , Son Chad Underwood, Denver, Co .Daughter Jenni Harris and husband Steve, Greenfield, Ind. Sister Phyllis Parsons of Winter Haven, Fl. and three grandchildren Dave was also an avid Bass fisherman and member of the Lake County Bass Trackers. Dave was also a member of the 1st Baptist Church, Leesburg. Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday June 30, from 10:0AM till time of service at 12:00 PM Funeral services will begin in the chapel at 12:00 PM. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Leesburg. The Rev. Gary Blanchard officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Christian Care Center at First Baptist Church, 220 N. 13th Street, Leesburg
