“Funerals, inurnment, and memorials are never pleasant or easy, however, Hillcrest Memorial Gardens (thank you Mary Titmus and Crystal!) and Page Theus Funeral Home (thank you Lily Gallo!) were fantastic during a very difficult and sad time. They and their teams were, and are, very professional and respectful. Their information was informative and their assistance was timely and greatly appreciated. Every promise they made were kept, and their work on our father's memorial was outstanding. Their facilities are beautiful and they truly care and treated us as like their family. Well done and thank you!”

“My brother Billy Hurst was laid to rest in a beautiful location at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. The people were so helpful and friendly. Terri Ernest was such a blessing. She went out of her way to help me. She was so patience and understanding. She designed my brother's memorial plate for me. It is beautiful. The entire staff at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens are very friendly, helpful and very caring. They took the time to answer any questions that I asked. I had the pleasure of speaking with Wendy and Crystal Pera. The entire staff truly is a family there. They are always willing to help you. Hillcrest Memorial Gardens is a beautiful place to lay your loved ones to rest. My brother was laid to rest there a year ago and they are still friendly and very helpful. The staff doesn't change. “I cannot say enough about Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Leesburg, Florida—especially Kylie. My grandfather passed away in 1985 when I was just a little boy, and my grandmother, his one and only love, passed recently. After nearly 40 years, it was time to reunite them, but I had no idea where to start. My father and his siblings, now elderly, couldn’t recall much about the pre-arrangements made so long ago. I called Hillcrest and was greeted by the most pleasant and compassionate voice—Kylie. Within minutes, she texted me a picture of my grandparents’ headstone. She and Susan even went through handwritten records from 1985 to find all the details we needed! Kylie went above and beyond, working with me tirelessly, even while she was away with her daughter at college. The love and respect Kylie and Susan showed our family was truly immeasurable. Kylie, you brought us so much peace during a difficult time and guided us every step of the way. When our family gathered from different parts of the country for the service, your patience and understanding—especially when we were slightly delayed—meant so much to us. Meeting you in person and giving you a hug at the service felt like greeting family because that’s how you treated us. “My husband and I met Crystal at a seminar was immediately impressed by her vibrant personality. She provided interesting historical and a host of other relevant information. When we asked about a tour of Hillcrest before making further plans. she gladly offered to arrange a tour of the place. When we arrived at Hillcrest, we met Kylie. She patiently listened, showed us the grounds, discussed the options and addressed our concerns. Both Crystal and Kylie were passionate , positive and knowledgeable in their respect roles and we are pleased with their services.”

“Kylie Akins is so amazing. I just went through the most heart loss in my life. I’m lost. Kylie was so very patient with me during the planning process of my husbands funeral .. I didn’t know what was up or down, and still don’t. She explained the process of how things worked, what needed to be done and how to do it . She even attended the Celebration of Life, for the person whom is my life forever,and in my heart.. she treated me and family and friends , as if we were family. She is one very impressive woman.
